Products which have been delivered damaged, defective or are not according to specification, of course can be returned.
If the claimed items are of minimal value (£15.00 or less) and does not warrant further investigation, free of charge replacement/s may be offered and the claim will be closed.
If the claim is of value which warrants further investigation or the customer would like the items to be evaluated, then please send back such items with a precise description of the problem. A member of PTS will process the claim and the goods will be returned to the manufacturer for evaluation.
If the customer requires replacement items during this process, these will be invoiced to the customer.
Once the defective items have been evaluated a report will be issued to the customer.
If there are no faults found, the goods will be returned back to the customer.
If the manufacturer finds fault, the customer will be offered either free of charge replacements or a credit note for the returned amount.
Proof of delivery can only be obtained within 30 days of invoice date. We cannot accept a claim for loss of goods after 30 days.
